PROFILE OF FULL PROFESSOR ALBERT KOJO QUAINOO MCMI

Professor Albert Kojo Quainoo was born on the 21st of August, 1961 at Sekondi in the Western Region of Ghana. His parents were Mr Alfred Asabir Quainoo and Mrs Comfort Abayaa Quainoo who hailed from Gomoa Ojobi in the Central Region all of blessed memory.

EDUCATION


Professor Albert Quainoo began his primary school education at Peki Methodist Primary School in the Volta Region in 1966 and continued at Ho Methodist Experimental Primary School from 1967 to1974. Parents who were social workers relocated to Tamale in 1974 and he had the opportunity to continue his education at St Joseph Middle school and Bagabaga Demonstration Middle School between 1974 to1976. He gained admission to the Tamale Secondary School, where he had his entire secondary school education from 1976 to 1984. After his Six form national service at Ghana National College in Cape Coast in 1985, he preceded to University of Cape Coast and obtained his BSc Agriculture and Diploma in Education in 1990. He was in Finland between1990 to 1994 where he obtained his MSc in Plant Production at the University of Helsinki. Between 2002 and 2008 he obtained his PhD and Diploma in Professional Management at the University of Reading and Stratford Business School respectively all in the UK.
